 Jerry is the founder of Redmond Consultants has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Adjutant General Institute in Indiana, USA, and is an expert in intercultural training and business development lecturing at an International University in Kassel, Germany in his spare time. 

He is an American living in Europe for over three decades. He has successfully assisted many internationally positioned companies to increase their market share by designing and implementing strategies far outside of the box many companies find themselves in due to no fault of their own. 

He has a background in graphic design, marketing, product placement, and aftersales placement working with OEMs such as Opel, Ford, VW, and Audi in Germany. 

Also, the organizing of large-scale projects for the Deutsche Post, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank, and other corporations needing to get their message out within a few months around Germany. He has advised various types of companies over the years, assisting them to develop and expand their business around the world. Because we have close contacts with business professionals in several countries on each continent we can assist you in finding the right partners to grow your business.
