Jerry is the founder of Redmond Consultants, holds a diploma in human resources management from the Adjutant General Institute in Indiana, USA, and is an expert in intercultural training and business development. In his spare time, he lectures at an international university in Kassel, Germany. 

He is American and has lived in Europe for over three decades. He has successfully helped many internationally positioned companies increase their market share by developing and implementing strategies that go far beyond the narrow perspective in which many companies find themselves through no fault of their own. 

He has a background in graphic design, marketing, product placement, and after-sales placement and has worked with OEMs such as Opel, Ford, VW, and Audi in Germany. 

He has also organized large-scale projects for Deutsche Post, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank, and other companies that needed to spread their message throughout Germany in a matter of months. Over the years, he has advised various companies and helped them build and expand their business worldwide. As we have close contacts with business people in several countries on all continents, we can help you find the right partners for the growth of your business.
