Preamble:

Payment Terms:
In the case of advertised seminars, the due invoices are to be transferred 30 days before the beginning of the event without deductions. Virtual Training agreements will be invoiced 30 days before training sessions begin payment for these courses is advance payment only unless otherwise agreed upon with Redmond management.
In the event of late payment, collection fees and bank-standard interest will be charged. The fees are understood unless otherwise agreed, plus VAT / Sales Tax.
Travelling costs will be handled on a flat rate basis.
For in-house training sessions, the fee is due 7 working days after the invoice date, without deduction. In the event of late payment, fees of € 10.00 are incurred.
Consulting services dealing with business development in the partner company are to be paid before the consultation begins with a 50% payment of the agreed-upon consultation fee.
If consultation is cancelled 7 days before the start you will be charged at 100%.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellation fees will be charged 50% if cancellation is made 30 days before the start of the event.
Thereafter, 100% will be charged.
Documents:
The seminar documents are and remain the intellectual property of REDMOND CONSULTANTS and are available to seminar participants for personal use only.
The documents may therefore not be propagated or distributed internally or publicly. If disregarded, we reserve the right to take legal action that involves a penalty.
Changes:
The planning of seminars or training sessions is long-term. If there is still a change regarding the place of the seminar or the appointment, you will be informed immediately.
Of course, if a seminar has to be cancelled by our side, you will be reimbursed for the costs you have paid in advance. In the event that a trainer cancels in the short term (for example due to illness), a substitute trainer will be appointed for open seminars. In the case of in-house seminars, this will take place after consultation with the client.
Privacy:
All personal information of our seminar participants will be treated confidentially. They are for internal purposes only and will not be disclosed to third parties. We work according to the current guidelines of the DSGVO.
Confidentiality:
We are subject to absolute secrecy on all statements and incidents made in seminars, and individual and team discussions. The client is also not given any information about the statements, behaviour or progress of the participants unless agreed upon by participants individually.
