Terms of payment: For advertised seminars, invoices are due 30 days before the start of the event without deductions. Contracts for virtual training courses will be invoiced 30 days before the start of the training. Payment for these courses is due in advance and is payable 14 days before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed with Redmond management.
Course packages are valid for 6 months when booking 10 hours. Course packages are valid for 9 months when booking 15 hours. Course packages are valid for 12 months when booking more than 15 hours.
VAT-exempt according to § 4 (21) a) bb) UStG (German VAT Act).
In the event of late payment, collection fees and standard bank interest will be charged. Unless otherwise agreed, the fees are subject to value-added tax/sales tax.
Travel expenses are charged at a flat rate.
For in-house training courses, the fee is due 7 working days after the invoice date without deduction. In the event of late payment, €10.00 will be charged.
E-learning app services are provided exclusively on a subscription basis and invoiced to the customer via e-invoice. After full payment has been received, the customer will receive access to the selected subscription package for 12 months. The term of an individual contract is generally 12 months from the date of activation of the flashcards and other materials.
Consulting services related to business development in the partner company must be paid for before the start of the consultation, with 50% of the agreed consulting fee payable.
If the consultation is canceled 7 days before the start, 100% will be charged.
Cancellation fees: Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
Cancellations made on the same day will incur a charge of 100%, unless they are due to sudden illness or other emergency.
After that, 100% will be charged.
Documents: The seminar documents are and remain the intellectual property of REDMOND CONSULTANTS and are only available to seminar participants for personal use.
Changes: Seminars and training courses are planned well in advance. However, should there be a change in the seminar location or date, you will be informed immediately.
If we have to cancel a seminar, you will of course be refunded any costs paid in advance. If a trainer is unable to attend at short notice (e.g., due to illness), a replacement trainer will be appointed for open seminars. For in-house seminars, this will be done in consultation with the customer.
Data protection: All personal data of our seminar participants will be treated confidentially. It will be used exclusively for internal purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. We work in accordance with the current guidelines of the GDPR.
Confidentiality: We are bound to absolute confidentiality regarding all statements and events in seminars, as well as individual and team discussions. The customer will also not receive any information about the statements, behavior, or progress of the participants unless the participants have individually agreed to this.
