Keshi has an MBA, PMP, and a BSc in Computer Science is an expert in story structure, a strategist, and a technologist. She is South African and American and combines experience and concepts from both continents. She gets to the essence of things quickly. She identifies and solves the right problems, with a keen eye for innovation, and keeps the audience experience or client's perspective firmly at the center.  With two decades of experience in the corporate financial services sector in South Africa and the UK, and another decade in international development organizations in America, Keshni has an established track record in Information Technology, Project and Program Management (PMP certified), Stakeholder and Change Management & Ideation and Innovation. 

She has led small and large teams of over 50 globally located staff.   She has 19 years of experience working with the IMF, Stand Bank in South Africa, and the Development Bank of Southern Africa. Through this work, she has found particular joy in working with women entrepreneurs and diverse businesses to enhance their success.
