Betiel started her career as an Office & Quality Manager in London,, specializing in Business Management Systems, Internal Audits, and Employee Coaching.  She also has many years of experience as a Forecast & Inventory Planner at the Head Office of Marks and Spencer in London. Her passion is recruitment consulting, assisting companies to find the right person for the job.
